By accessing Miravo, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts. Miravo is strictly intended for adult users.

2. Miravo Product Overview

Miravo is an appearance analysis, grooming, and personal self-improvement platform. Users provide account details and facial images to receive analytical proportions, recommendations, progress tracking, and personalized improvement routines.

Miravo combines on-device computer vision with curated lifestyle routines to deliver tailored guidance across areas including skincare, hair grooming, facial aesthetics, posture, and healthy habits.

3. Facial Analysis & Absolute Local Privacy

Privacy is fundamental to Miravo's technical architecture. When you upload or capture a photo for facial analysis:

• Local Processing via MediaPipe: Facial analysis runs directly in your browser using client-side JavaScript, WebAssembly (Wasm), and Google MediaPipe technology.
• Your image never leaves your browser: Raw photos are never uploaded, streamed, or transmitted to Miravo's servers or any third-party cloud provider.
• Separation of Images & Metrics: Raw images are discarded immediately after in-browser processing. Miravo stores only the derived analytical metrics and scores to track your progress over time.

Supported Facial Metrics

Miravo calculates geometric and aesthetic ratios from localized facial landmarks, which may include:

4. Personalized Task System & Miravo Coach

Miravo provides a dynamic library of over 100 self-improvement habits spanning grooming, skincare, nutrition, posture, and styling:

• Personalized Curation: Users are assigned targeted, relevant tasks based on specific goals, aesthetic metrics, and logged progress rather than generic bulk routines.
• Client-Side Miravo Coach: Miravo Coach uses rule-based optimization logic running locally in your browser to evaluate task adherence, compare progress metrics over time, and adjust your routine.
• No External Model Transmission: Your personal routine adjustments and coaching feedback are calculated locally without transmitting your raw facial metrics to external public AI models.

5. User Content & Conduct

Because your images remain on your device, you retain full ownership of your content. You represent and warrant that:

• You have the legal right and permission to analyze any image you submit.
• You will not upload or analyze photos of third parties without explicit consent.
• You will not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, bypass security controls, or exploit Miravo's proprietary client-side code and software.
• You will not use the Service for any unlawful or abusive purpose.

6. Miravo Pro, Billing & Payments

Miravo offers optional premium features and subscriptions (Miravo Pro).

All payments, billing transactions, and subscription renewals are securely processed and managed by our Merchant of Record, Polar.sh. Miravo does not collect, handle, or store your credit card or sensitive billing information.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the specified billing intervals unless canceled prior to the renewal date via your account settings or through Polar.sh.

7. Refunds & Cancellations

Because Miravo delivers instant digital access and computational processing upon purchase, all purchases and subscription charges are generally non-refundable once access is granted.

Exceptions may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis in instances of duplicate billing or unresolved technical failures where service could not be rendered. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges; access will continue through the end of the paid billing period.

8. Third-Party Products & Affiliate Disclosure

Miravo may recommend grooming products, skincare items, or third-party accessories. We do not manufacture or control these external products; you are solely responsible for checking ingredients and safety advisories before use.

Certain product recommendations may contain affiliate links, meaning Miravo may earn a commission on qualifying purchases at no additional cost to you.

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Miravo is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. Beauty standards and personal appearance improvements are subjective; Miravo makes no guarantees of specific outcomes.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MIRAVO AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the service. Please note that Miravo is completely free as of right now, meaning our maximum liability to you for any claims is currently limited to $0.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
